Rinsing

• Empty bottles will be received at the plant location.
• Bottles put through examination for breakage cracks etc will be put into the bottle washer for four stage auto washing.
• Detergent Water Wash.
• Hot water wash (Temperature 60 – 70 degrees Celsius).
• Hot water wash will remove detergent foam and sanitize the bottle.
• Ozone water wash will finally rinse & disinfect the bottle.

Filling

• Post Washing the bottles will be automatically placed for filling of filtered balanced mineral water from ozone/advance oxidation treated water tank.
• Advance oxidation for extended shelf life of water.
• Unique patent pending post packaging protection.

Capping

• Post Filling the bottles are moved to the capping section and it is capped automatically.
• Once the cap is secured automatically it moves for auto labeling which is positioned as a reverse U.
• Label is pre-printed with branding and best before message on it.
• Post Labelling an inkjet printer will print the date and batch code.
